There are ways you can go about maximize your investment. Create a list of the 20 percent of customers who create 80 percent of your revenue. Ask yourself what types of services these people would enjoy you adding to your business. You can always be straightforward with customers, and ask them what they’d like you to add; they’re usually willing to tell you.
Come up with some interesting incentives to reward them for their business. For example, a discount on gas on Tuesday, or a free cup of coffee every Friday.
Assess your market, and determine what types of additional profit centers it could use. You can hire a consultant to help you with this process as well.

Look at things not from your perspective, but from that of your customer. What makes your wash better? What can you do to bring in more business?
When you figure out the answers to these questions you will be on your way to adding additional revenue streams to increase your profits.
