SAN FRANCISCO — Now available here only is an app that allows users to have a carwash delivered to their home or workplace, according to a Tecca report.
The Feb. 1 report said the app, designed by the internet startup firm Cherry, uses a geotag to locate a mobile washer in the area. The app asks for the car’s make, model and color.
A flat $29 fee is charged for each wash and payments are processed through the app.
Cherry said if it’s proven successful in San Francisco, they will look to offer the app in other areas.
