Smart business owners know how to leverage their time with systems that free them up for the more important aspects of their business. One technology that might be beneficial in leveraging your time is voice broadcasting. You may already be familiar with how it works. During the recent political campaigns you may have received a message on your voice mail from one of your candidates urging you to vote for them. Now, apply this to your car detailing business.

It’s very easy. Record a message. Create a list of clients you will be sending this message to. Schedule the broadcast message to go out.

There are companies that offer this service. And the great thing - it’s very inexpensive!

Let me make one clear distinction, however. Voice Broadcasts are not auto-dialers. Auto dialers are the annoying calls you get at night right before you sit down to eat dinner! The system that I’m recommending is not intrusive like auto dialers.

Voice broadcasting is not used to call just anyone. It is a tool to market to clients who have done business with you in the past.

If someone has done business with you within the last 18 months, it’s normally ok to use this service.

The point is, if you stick with people who have already done business with you, you're never going to have to worry about whether you're using it in the right way or the wrong way.

When you use a voice broadcast and send a message out to your targeted list of clients, a message will only be left when the person does not pick up the phone.

With a voice broadcast, you can use a personal message to announce certain detailing specials you’re running for a limited time only. Do a Google search to find a number of voice broadcast services that will work for your business.
