How do you retain your customers?

LATHAM, NY ― We're guessing that with all of the other carwashes out there, it can take more than just a great wash experience to make sure your customer is a loyal customer.

So, we are turning to you to see how you keep your customers coming back for more. Do you use a loyalty program? A birthday reward program? What about using a punch card?

it can be as simple as "please and thank you" that will set you apart from the competition.common courtesy seems to have disappeared these days:)

I agree with "supervisor' The american work ethic has drastically declined over the years, specifically in terms of customer service. All too often good customer service is now an exception rather than the norm. Hopefully the pendulum will swing back. But it is up to us who do provide good CS to push it onto others who do not do so. So the next time you don't receive it....complain to the management, they need to know!!
