Customer Service Adviser
Be Splash's "Meet & Greet" person — our service advisors welcome our customers and provide expert advice on the services best suited to their car's needs. Potential to earn great commissions.

Retail Associate
Splash’s Retail Associates are key customer contacts and have responsibility of cashiering every customer and maintaining our retail stores.

Quality Control Supervisor
One of the most important jobs at Splash, our QC personnel ensure the satisfaction of every customer by reviewing the quality of our finished product and sending each customer off with a smile.

Detail Manager
Runs our Detail Shop from customer contact to personal oversight. Our Detail Managers ensure quality control while maintaining time standards for their team.

Five Star Manager
Our top end shops require managers who handle all aspects of the detail business including sales, service and expense controls.

Lube Manager
Our Oil Change Managers are responsible for management of our full service lube centers. This would include inventory control, sales, marketing, labor and quality control.

Car Wash Managers
Splash Car Wash Site Managers are trained to handle all aspects of running a car wash operation — labor management, customer satisfaction, sales, maintenance and marketing.

A Splash Trainer is responsible for installing our exclusive Systems and Models to new and existing employees through classroom and field training.
