BLOEMFONTEIN, SOUTH AFRICA — A man has died while hand washing his car in what's being called a "freak" accident by news24.
The March 11 story said Andrew Putsoeli, 47, was washing a car and apparently the handbrake had not been pulled.
Carwash worker pinned between two cars
The car ended up going down an incline and pinned him between a gate and pillar. He ended up dying at the scene of the accident.
