FANWOOD, NJ — When a car service business decided to ramp up its customer perks, a free carwash was added to the perks list, The Alternative Press reported.
The March 19 story stated that Frank’s Auto is committed to providing exceptional repair service along with great customer service and follow-through.
According to the business’ website, every time a customer vehicle is in Frank’s shop, he or she can expect a free carwash including a vacuum and tire shine, weather permitting.
A few years ago, Frank’s owners noticed higher end dealerships were giving away free sandwiches, cookies and coffee. Frank’s new perks are an attempt to challenge other repair shops and dealerships.
“You can’t expect to sit back and let new business knock on your door,” Co-owner Tracy Constandi said in the story. “You have to attract new customers and retain the business you have.”
