Angel Santiago was remanded to 90 days in jail and five years felony probation following a conviction for failing to report approximately $269,189 from 2007 to 2009, the Fontana Herald News reports.

Santiago will also have to pay full restitution to the California State FTB, including penalties, interest and the cost of the investigation.
