SpotOn service works with carwashes for promotions

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — When the other washes around his were closed on a snowy day, the owner of Centerville Car Wash, Zak Hidmi, was able to use SpotOn to tell his customers they were open, according to a press release.

“It was a super slow day in January. Sunny, but still very cold,” he said. “All the other carwashes in town were closed because of the below-zero temperatures, and we typically would've been closed too; but because of SpotOn, I had a way to tell customers that we had a heated tunnel. So I used SpotOn to send an email, and all of a sudden, people started to show up."

SpotOn is a customer rewards program that can better connect a business to its customers, according to the release.

Hidmi said his favorite things about the service is the ability to reach his customers quickly and getting to learn customer names when they sign-up for it.
