With the end of winter and the heavy use of your doors this year, it is time to think about getting your doors ready for their dormant season in the summer. The car wash door is normally used from October to April and the rest of the year stays open. Cleaning, checking orperation, and greasing the door prior to putting it way is vital to having it running next season. A high quality aerosol vinyl cleaner, available from the doors manufacturer, will remove the dirt and grime on the panels. Putting the door away clean ensures it will be clean when called on in the fall. Also, remember to cycle the doors a few times every month even in the summer.

Last year, WashCard introduced the all-in-one (aiONE), a low cost entry level reader that is able to use the full scope of WashCard's existing loyalty software. Basic and unsecured readers can only take credit card transactions while WashCard's secure reader offers solid loyalty software that includes reporting metrics-- all at a low cost. This year at the ICA show, WashCard introduced the new Wireless aiONE, which offers secure and wireless capabilities for locations that don't want to deal with long cable runs or limitations in conduit.
