FINDLAY, Ohio — Hess, the fifth largest convenience store operator in the U.S., has sold its retail locations to Speedway LLC, according to CSPnet.com.
The deal, which totaled $2.874 billion according to the article, was announced by Marathon Petroleum Corp. (MPC) the parent company of Speedway.
