DETROIT — A great detailing service isn’t just about getting a car to look nice, but also about providing a great customer experience, according to Detail XPerts.

Checking tire pressure and balance, the blog notes, is “a maintenance essential that every detailing company should employ.” According to studies, five percent of accidents in the U.S. come from tire-related issues, so checking the pressure for your customers is about safety as well as providing a nice customer service.

Also, inform them about the correct tire pressure for their vehicle, notes the blog, which can be found in the owner’s manual.

When you take care of the little things like tire pressure, states the blog, the customer will see your “concern for his comfort and safety [and] will naturally feel special and well cared for.”
