COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Beaufcort County Sheriff’s Office reported that on Saturday night a Hilton Head Island carwash incurred $8,900 worth of damage during a break-in, and $3,600 in losses from the robbery that followed, according to The State.

An employee arrived at the carwash on Sunday around 8 a.m. to find that the automatic carwash machine and money exchanger had been broken into and the money boxes were empty.
No suspects have been identified at this time, according to the article.
