The store’s offerings will include lattes and cappuccinos along with pastries and freshly baked pizza. The c-store will also feature health, beauty and grocery items.

The digitally advanced "neighborhood concierge" will provide patrons the ability to order from their smartphone using a mobile app, with items being ready for pick up upon their arrival.
