MacNeil brings in new customer service manager

BARRIE, Ontario — MacNeil Wash Systems has named Tara Favretto its new customer service manager, according to a press release.

Favretto is responsible for guiding inside sales and order processing in addition to working closely with MacNeil’s international distributor network and North American sales managers to process and track customer orders, noted the release.

Plan Operations Manager Jeff Tulk said in the release, “This is a key role in the partnership we have with our distributors and owner-operators and I’m looking forward to having Tara lead significant growth on our key objectives in this area.”

Favretto has experience in inbound/outbound customer service, project management, logistics, quality control and computer-aided design (CAD), said the release.

MacNeil is a Ryko Solutions Company providing carwash equipment to the tunnel carwash industry, automotive dealers, fleet and rental markets.
