SOUTH TYNESIDE, NORTH AND WEAR, ENGLAND — Owner Pat Momat, 25, and manager Paul Crake, 47, have recently taken over the Formula 1 handwash here and have already secured 12 new jobs, The Shields Gazette reported.

The March 13 story said the carwash got new equipment and a revamped valeting bay, and they plan on expanding even more.

Crake said in the story, “Our plan is not just to make a more successful version of what it was, but to help it grow into something much better. It’s not a boast, but we want to make it the busiest wash in South Shields, and we believe we can do that. The really good news is that we have kept some of the full and part-time staff who used to work here, and recruited others."
