Carwash in CA sells for $2.7 million

CAPITOLA, CA — A carwash here sold for $2.7 million to long-time tenant Masters Car Wash, according to a CoStar Group® report.

The March 6 report said the property was sold through the Beck Randolph C & TA Trust.

The carwash covers 1,599 square feet which means the buyer paid about $1,689 per square foot.
