ONLEY, VA — A combination carwash, gas station and c-store will begin construction here this spring, according to Eastern Shore News.
The Feb. 18 story stated that the new Royal Farms location will be built on a leased parking lot parcel in front of a closed grocery store.
Onley’s zoning official said in the story that approval from the town was given in November of last year, but a county building and zoning employee said paperwork was still required before the project can move forward.
A meeting with the principals to discuss highway department matters related to the project was scheduled for the future, the story noted.
