A new carwash facility here is offering customers their choice in professional carwashing services, from self-serve to in-bay automatic and tunnel washing.
RedLine Speed Shine Carwash opened in November 2009 and also features a pet wash facility with two indoor rooms.
The carwash has a 105-foot-soft-touch-tunnel, as well as seven garaged self-serve bays with geothermally-heated flooring, and a state-of-the-art detailing bay that can accommodate up to six vehicles at a time.
Owners and managing partners Tom and Amy Gravine said they are “passionately thrilled” with the wash’s success so far.
In addition to the variety of carwash services, the wash also offers convenience with a monthly membership plan using radio identification (RFID) technology.
Customers looking for a coffee, a bite to eat and a carwash are in luck now that the Coffee Express has opened in the Perinton Car Wash complex.
Customers can also pick up a few groceries, drop off their mail and pick up or drop off video rentals.
General Manager Mike Ferrance said, “We are really trying to make this the most convenient stop of the day for our customers.”
The coffee shop, which opened in March, also offers a 1,500- square-foot dining area, free wi-fi, gourmet coffees, and ice cream.
A new carwash is going up here in place of an old one as part of the Balise Automotive Group improvement project.
The 6,089-square-foot full-service tunnel will go up at a 52,000-square-foot lot at a price of about $250,000.
New landscaping, water drainage and underground electrical service will also be installed as well as four 2,000-gallon underground storage tanks that will each recycle 70 percent of the wash water used.
The carwash will be used to wash Balise Fords, the company behind the Balise Automotive Group improvement project.
