Looks like Glenn Goebel is ready to try a tasty carwash combination by proposing a carwash and ice cream shop for a location here.
The proposed express exterior carwash will feature a small store with an adjacent ice cream shop on a 2.5-acre parcel.
Goebel’s proposed carwash would operate from 8 a.m. to sunset, while the accompanying ice cream store would open later and remain open until 9 p.m.
Goebel’s carwash would not create any discharge and would use a water recycling system as long as no sanitary sewer systems are available. The carwash would also use 99 percent recycled water.
“The bottom line with a carwash is to make sure you keep the customer happy,” said Goebel.

The new Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) carwash is now open, but it can only be used by AAFES authorized patrons.
Construction on the four-bay carwash began in October and was supposed to be completed by December, but there were many delays as a result of inclement weather.
The new wash boasts one in-bay automatic and four vacuum cleaning stations, as well as an uncovered wand bay large enough to handle recreational vehicles.
Its brick carwash facility matches the “classy” architecture of the shopping center it is located in. Nearby businesses include a bank and a Burger King.
