Detailer’s parking lot hosts daily food trucks
REDMOND, WA — A food truck corral has been organized in the parking lot of a detail shop here, KirklandPatch reported.
The May 30 story stated that Redmond Auto Detail’s parking area will host the corral on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A total of eight food trucks are in the group, and they serve everything from Caribbean to barbecue to Thai/Hawaiian fusion.
The rotation will include two food trucks in the parking lot each Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and one truck on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Jerk Station food truck owner Michael Cunningham organized the ‘pod,’ and he obtained permission from the parking lot’s owners.
Cunningham chose the location when he figured out it would be a viable location. “Once I realized that I had somewhat of a stable client base on this street ... it just kind of grew from there,” he said in the story.
