BATH, PA — Jeffrey M. Ecklof, 28, was found sleeping behind the wheel of a parked Honda at a Bath carwash on Sept. 2 at 4:22 p.m., The Express-Times reported.
The Sept. 16 story stated that, according to police, a bottle of vodka was found opened in his vehicle.

Ecklof was then transported to Bethlehem DUI center for a blood-alcohol test. According to police, Ecklof’s blood-alcohol content was a staggering 0.26.
Charges of driving under the influence and having an open container in a vehicle will be filed with District Judge John Capobianco.
