ALON Brands takes their Clean Team campaign up a notch
ALON is giving cash and prizes to employees based on cleanliness scores given to their store by an independent contractor.
“We put our stake in the sand and said ‘we’re going to own clean,’” Scott Shakespeare, general manager of brand advertising and promotions for ALON Brands, said in the Convenience Store Decisions article.
ALON is also giving away 13 cars to customers, charities and retail employees as part of the campaign.
