'Derelict' building to be demolished for carwash
FAIR LAWN, NJ — A local developer is looking to demolish a “derelict” building and build a 29-foot-tall carwash in its place.
The new business would also offer oil changes and detailing services, according to the Patch.com story.
City Board Chairman Brent Pohlman called the current structure an “eyesore” and a “good application” for the property.
