Mike's Carwash donates over $100,000 to mentor program

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Mike’s Carwash has donated $111,555 to the Big Brothers Big Sisters programs. The funds were raised during the annual Mike’s Mentors Kids fundraiser.

Fundraisers were held at 39 Mike’s Carwash locations and the funds will be dispersed between 10 Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in Indiana and Ohio.

“We couldn’t be more proud of our partnership, and the work that Big Brothers Big Sisters accomplishes.  We are very committed to their mission of bringing positive change to young people,” said Mike’s CEO Bill Dahm in a press release. “We’re very excited that we are able to donate nearly $20,000 more than 2012, and we are extremely grateful to our customers who helped make it happen.”

Mike’s Carwash in Evansville, Indiana will host a fundraiser for the program Saturday Aug. 24.
