Watch your language
Even though the English language is a bit more liberal it seems, it doesn't mean your customers, especially those with kids in tow, want to hear any swear words, suggestive words, or language that would be better suited for any at or above a PG-13 rating.
Children have big ears and if they hear a "bad" word at your business, chances are their mother or father will not be back.
We are not saying you and your employees need to adhere to Emily Post's guidelines for etiquette, but cutting out offensive words is not to much to ask.
