Carwash uses social media to increase sales
Mered, Calif. — A local program pairs small businesses in the area with social media interns.
One beneficiary of the program, Tig Bigler, says it has helped to triple the online exposure of his business, according to the article.
Awesome Hand Carwash and Detail owner, Vanessa Arriaga, also uses the program. She primarily uses Facebook to connect with her customers. “Because of our type of business, it’s more about showing what we do,” said Arriaga. "We’re selling a service, so we show before and after pictures of detailing and all the different services.”
When she moved her business to a new location, she said social media was a great tool to communicate the change to her customers.
