Detailer and customer have disagreement on service
PHOENIX — Vanita Payne loves taking care of her car, which is why she purchased a special promotion for future detail work offered by Superstar Car Wash, according to station KNXV.
The problems began when she wanted to redeem the purchase. Payne was told that a car with a California license plate had already redeemed the package.
“I don’t know what kind of car redeemed it, but I know it wasn’t this van,” she said.

Payne was referred by an employee to the corporate office, but said they were not quick to respond.
A spokesperson for the wash eventually contacted her, and explained that there was a misunderstanding. Payne was given her money back.
