C-store dispensed beverage sales down in 2013
Overall foodservice sales grew 2.4 percent at C-stores in 2013, which is down significantly from around 9 percent growth in 2012. C-stores in the Northeast experienced the largest drop off in sales in 2013.

Fast-food sales have been growing at a similar rate to C-stores, but they account for a much greater total sales number.
Salty snacks and packaged sweet snacks grew at a rate of 7 percent and 10 percent respectively, being the two categories with the largest growth.
