ABC's Wife Swap wants to feature carwashing family
NEW YORK — The ABC reality show Wife Swap, which features two families who trade wives for a week, is now looking for families who own and work at carwashes together, an ABC casting call press release stated.
The June 22 release said the show is “currently casting its fifth season and looking for unique families who are passionate about their family-run carwash business. If you’ve got spunky, out-spoken kids, a lot to say and a family that’s meant for TV, we want to hear from you!”
Participating families receive $20,000. For the first half of the week, the wife must live the way the family does and adhere to their ways and rules. During the second half of the week, the family must follow the rules set by the proxy wife.
The release said it is looking for two-parent families with at least one child over the age of 7.
