OKLAHOMA CITY — A conveyor carwash and c-store are going to be sold at a real estate auction here on March 9, 2012, according to the National Commercial Auctioneers (NCA) website.
The Feb. 16 announcement said the two facilities sit on 2 acres and include sprinkler and security systems.
Stephen Karbelk, CAI, AARE, CEO and founder of NCA stated on the website, “These properties are currently operating as a high-quality drive-thru carwash and convenience store. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase income-producing properties in a high-traffic area at auction prices.”
The full-service carwash, which was built in 2008, has 12-foot ceilings and three restrooms. Another building has an auto detail center.
