A carwash will be a part of a gas station and 3,600-square-foot convenience store that is being built here.
The new business, to take up one acre, will be part of a new 47-acre retail complex. A 117,000-square-foot Lowe’s store is also being built and slated for completion this fall.
The gas station/carwash/c-store combo is being financed by Western Refining, an El Paso, TX-based petroleum refining and marketing firm.
Husband and wife team Susie and Ray Speck are making over their detail shop, K-Ceps Autobody & Detailing, and are adding on a car rental company, too.
A new Hertz sign has already been added and a car and truck accessory showroom will soon be complete. The business will serve as the town’s only car rental company.
The Specks also plan to construct new main and side entrances.
