Learn from this carwash crime and hide your tip jar
LONGFELLOW, WI — Two juvenile boys have been identified as the thieves behind the theft of a tip jar at the Wash Brite carwash here, the WauwatosaPatch reported.
The Feb. 5 story said around 4:21 p.m. on Jan. 27 the carwash’s manager called police after a pair of juveniles took and then ran off with the tip jar containing around $100.
The manager said one of the youths had been lingering around the carwash for about an hour.
The two culprits were identified as middle school students by a witness at the carwash.
