Huge greeting cards signed by Valvoline customers, local residents and two Buffalo Bills players were sent to troops via a cargo plane from the Niagara Falls Air Base.
Monetary and other various donations were also airlifted overseas as part of the company's effort.

Kevin R. Mueller has been named the company’s regional manager and will be responsible for 60 corporate-owned service centers in Michigan and northwest Ohio.

Business has risen 20 to 30 percent since Trotter has been back at the wash.
