Two arrested for carwash drug clearinghouse
GEORGETOWN, GA — After investigating undercover for four months, police have arrested two men for selling marijuana and operating a drug clearinghouse at a carwash here, WTVM reported.
The Jan. 12 story stated that Christopher Canty, 24, and Tyrice Foster, 23, were taken into custody after undercover officers videotaped and recorded the men making drug deals in the carwash.
Both men have been charged with selling marijuana and operating a drug clearinghouse, the story noted. They had no drugs on them at the time of arrest.
The carwash was previously a gambling location kept by Theresa Davis, mother of Foster, according to the story.
