Two shot and killed at carwash in Atlanta

ATLANTA — Two men were shot and killed while at a carwash here, and police have arrested two men in connection with the homicide, wsbtv reported.

The July 18 story said Willie Jones and Joe Welch-Rogers were at the carwash, which also doubles as a music studio, last Sunday. Two men went onto the property and demanded money from them.

A relative of one of the victims said she thinks it wasn’t an intentional shooting. “I don’t think those bullets were intended for him. I really think he was in the wrong place at the wrong time,” Renee Sewell said in the story.
