TECUMSEH, MI — In one night, a man here picked fights with carwash employees, attempted to climb a tree behind the carwash, tried to steal a police car, fought with officers and caused a disturbance in an emergency room, CheboyganNews.com reported.
The Oct. 26 story stated that Thomas Paratchek, 29, was intoxicated and trying to pick fights with employees at Sudzy Duz It Car Wash. When police arrived, they found Paratchek trying to climb a tree behind the carwash.

Officers attempted to give the man a ride to his apartment, but once there, Paratchek got agitated and opened the police car driver’s door, grabbed the steering wheel and then wrestled with officers.
After calming down, Paratchek was taken to the emergency department for examination, but he became disorderly again. After grabbing a police officer, he was put in restraints and taken to jail. On the way to the jail, he continued to yell and kick the car’s windows.
Woman arrested in fake police officer case
Paratchek is scheduled to be arraigned on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Felony arrest warrants are also being sought charging him with three counts of resisting and obstructing police officers.
