I'm not sure if it's just me, or maybe it's the time of year, or perhaps everyone is just in a bad mood, but I've noticed more and more that fewer people are saying "thank you." I always say it when someone holds the door open for me, or even lets me out onto a busy street. Just today I was trying to take a left out onto a main street and the traffic was incredibly heavy. I was about to give up when someone stopped and waved me to pull out and turn left. I waved and waved and mouthed the words "thank you."
Is it frustrating to you when you do a good deed and are not thanked? Are you thanking your customers for their visit? Do you thank them for your business? I know, I know, they should be thanking you for cleaning their car, but I think you need to thank them as well. A thank you goes a long way nowadays.
And, while I'm at it, I want to THANK YOU for reading this blog. And, thank you for your support of our efforts here at PC&D. I truly appreciate it. Now see? Wasn't that nice to hear.
