As a franchise owner, one of the great events each year was attending an educational and celebratory annual convention.

The well-prepared workshops were always filled with valuable content. Also, I enjoyed talking with the other franchise owners from across the country. Our discussions commonly turned to embellished stories of how we were kicking the pants off of our dreaded competitors.

Does this sound like a car wash convention, too?

The crowning highlight of each Money Mailer convention was its featured speaker. Zig Ziglar was a frequent one, and I will never forget the powerful address by Harvey MacKay.

Who would I like to see speak at the April trade show? My pick would be Jim Collins, Brian Tracy, Bob Knight or maybe even Joel Osteen.

I am certain in a fast-paced, 45 minute presentation, I would learn one thing that would easily pay for the cost of attending.

Which speaker would gain your favorable attention, and would make attending The Car Wash Show a top priority for you in 2013?
