Brian Tracy calls fear a “robber emotion.” “It is fear that robs us of happiness. It is fear that causes us to settle for far less than we are capable of,” Tracy says.
Operators who wish to elevate their businesses to a higher level of performance surely have experienced this dreaded and debilitating emotion.
There are two well-known antidotes to this usually hidden emotion, which can silently destroy the confidence of and wreak havoc with even the most experienced and most well-prepared operator.
When practiced regularly, creative visualization and daily goal-setting can help operators overcome their limiting fears, and enjoy greater success.

Elite athletes and business executives have reported dramatic improvements in their most preferred outcomes when they utilize creative visualization.
Simple, minor adjustments which they “see” in their visualizations can yield amazing results, and realize dramatic improvements in their critical to success tasks.
Other high achievers, however, prefer putting into writing their personal and business goals.

Building a larger customer base is hard work, but also very necessary for best-in-class operators. Those who include visualization and goal-setting into their daily routines will overcome the many obstacles which would knock the average and “me too” operators off their game plan.
