We know them mostly by their celebrated reputations.

In a competitive, performance-oriented culture, their familiar names represent perseverance, excellence and success at the highest level.

We know some of these incredibly high achievers only by their first names.

In the NFL, we know them as Peyton, Aaron, Eli and Drew.

NBA fans praise the moves and exploits of Kobe, Kevin, LeBron and Carmelo.

Even in team sports, these remarkable play makers are in great demand.

These “go to” guys can make the critical difference in many championship teams.

At your carwash, you need to find, develop and train these game-changers too.

You will need their special skills in at least four important areas of your wash.

Who is your “go to” guy when your equipment breaks down and in need of repair?

Who helps you with your most challenging “wash quality” issues?

Which team member at your wash is the designated “customer care champion?”

Finally, who “takes ownership” for building a larger customer base?

As you put together your team at your wash, expect and encourage some individuals to step up and stand out. Indeed, allow these emerging leaders to grow and excel.

Leaders not only believe they can get the job done correctly, but that they will also help other team members become more successful too.

Your “go to” people will flourish in a positive environment where they can reach and exceed not only their own personal goals, but also the business goals of your carwash.
