CWMBRAN, Wales — A 75-year-old man is in the hospital and another man has been arrested on suspicion of careless driving following a carwash crash here, the South Wales Evening Post reported.
The June 22 story said the crash, which occurred Sunday at 9:45 a.m., was allegedly caused by a 26-year-old driver who was driving without a license or insurance.
