INDIANAPOLIS – A carwash sustained about $300,000 worth of damage Sunday after a truck caught fire on its premises, according to rtv6.
Fifty-seven-year-old Kathy Stricker was about to clean off the 1997 Ford F250 she had borrowed from a friend to haul mulch.
She noticed flames coming from the engine as she inserted coins into the machine, according to rtv6.
Stricker’s attempts to put out the fire with water and to move the truck were successful.
