PHOENIX — On Wednesday, Jan. 20, Los Olivos Hand Car Wash in Phoenix hosted a special guest for its customers, according to KSAZ Fox 10.
The hand wash featured a giant Arizona Cardinals head on-site in preparation for the Cardinals matchup against the North Carolina Panthers on Sunday, Jan. 24, stated the article.
“It’s exciting. I’ve been a Cardinal fan for 18 years, and this is our year, baby,” said Coletta Sperling, owner of Los Olivos.
A customer of the carwash, Michael Levine, is the owner of the 12-foot bird, reported the article, which can usually be found at the University of Phoenix Stadium on game days.
However, on Jan. 20, Levine dropped off his bird for carwash customers to enjoy, added the article.
“We changed up our marquee, and we put up there ‘Rise Up Read Sea, Go Arizona Cardinals,’” stated Sperling in the article.
The article continued that the location of the big bird was the “perfect spot for die-hard Cardinals fans to snap a picture and dream about the [team] making it to the Super Bowl.”
Those who stopped by the carwash while the bird was on display received a $10 coupon for a future visit, noted the article.
