MARGATE, Fla. — Rising Tide Car Wash has purchased a $1.5 million site in Margate to open its second carwash location, according to the Sun Sentinel.
The new 1.5-acre location is at 2970 N. State Road 7, stated the article.
Rising Tide Car Wash is known for its employment practices, continued the article, for which it hires primarily adults with autism.

The new location in Margate will be around 1 1/2 times larger than Rising Tide Car Wash’s first site, informed the article, and will cost approximately $3.4 million to complete, which includes land development, construction and equipment.
Overall, noted the article, the second location will be a total investment of around $4.9 million for John D’Eri, who is the CEO of Rising Tide Car Wash.
