KILLEEN, Texas — BlueWave Express Car Wash likes to purchase properties that are near established businesses, according to the Killeen Daily Herald.
“The relocation of the H-E-B store and the Wal-Mart, helped drive the purchase,” said Bryan Hall, the real estate director for BlueWave. “We like to be next to a lot of retail needs. There is a lot of traffic there. It is a good piece of real estate.”

The value of the property was appraised at $800,000.
The company has locations in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, and is also expanding into the Rio Grande Valley, the release noted.
