MANKATO, MN — Mills Fleet Farm, a chain of combination retail/c-store/gas station/carwash locations, owns property in the region, according to The Free Press.
The Feb. 3 story stated that the chain owns a nearby 45-acre parcel valued at $3.3 million. Yet, even with new Mills Fleet Farm stores opening other places, the company has yet to announce a location here.
Construction begins on $5 million dealership/carwash
Mills Property Inc. owns the property, and this company is the development arm of Mills that builds new Fleet Farm locations. The lot is the ideal size as new Fleet Farm businesses each take up about 40 acres, the story noted.
The company’s stores in neighboring states sell clothing, furniture, house wares, hunting equipment, electronics, farm supplies and more.
