NEW GLASGOW, Nova Scotia — Ryan Muir, an employee of Blue Acres, said that this weekend was “basically digging a trench around [the carwash] to get some of this water out of here.”
There was flooding over the weekend in the surrounding area, and roads were closed down, which led to a fall in business, according to the article.
The East River has rising waters, which is something Muir and the carwash employees are used to, but the expected rainfall means there may need to be more cleanup.

“Thankfully, business is pretty well back to normal,” said Muir. “We’ve had a few cars come in since the road was reopened.”
