PARKER, Colo. — Kwik Car Wash will host a fundraiser to benefit the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s “Team In Training” program on Saturday, June 6, according to a press release.
The carwash, located in Parker, Colorado, will donate 50 percent of its sales from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., stated the release.
All funds raised from the event will help the society in its efforts to “cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families,” reported the release.
Volunteers will also be onsite to vacuum and towel dry vehicles as well as host a chance drawing and a bake sale for additional donations, continued the release.
“Kwik Car Wash is a locally-owned and operated exterior wash dedicated to saving the environment 296.2 gallons at time by recycling 90 percent of all water used and using only environmentally-friendly soaps,” noted the release.
