In a recent meeting, continued the article, Tralan Engineering requested to reduce part of the required buffer distance because of sewer easements, and Michael Boggs, representative for the company, told the planning commission that Tralan Engineering has attempted “to contact property owners regarding a buffer reduction multiple times.”
Boggs reported in the meeting that the company is willing to put up a privacy fence and dense landscaping around the buffer, the article added.

The planning commission’s approval is contingent upon the company contacting property owners in regards to fencing and lighting, noted the article.
